InnovoCapture

Service Overview
InnovoCapture is InnovoGeo's advanced data acquisition and reality capture geospatial intelligence service. It integrates high-resolution aerial photogrammetry, RTK GNSS precision positioning, and field-level scanning to deliver accurate, real-time site intelligence. Designed for engineering-grade mapping, pre-construction documentation, and ongoing project monitoring, InnovoCapture provides a fast, efficient, and repeatable workflow for generating actionable terrain and ground condition data.
Primary Applications
Pre-survey terrain modeling
Existing conditions documentation
Site accessibility reviews
Pavement condition surveys
Construction progress documentation
Visual and quantitative reporting for stakeholders

Advantages
Field-to-desk turnaround in days
Provides preliminary ground and structure model prior to full survey by licensed surveyor
Scalable from small areas to multi-acre infrastructure sites
Integrated with InnovoGeo's engineering design and foundation modeling workflows
Fee Model
Base fees for typical projects are provided below. Due to the significant variability in site conditions and extents, fees and services for InnovoCapture can be provided on a project-specific basis following an initial consultation with InnovoGeo. A 25% retainer payment is required to initiate services.
Base Fees
Includes up to 1 hour of review of any client-provided project documents
Includes mobilization within 2 hours of InnovoGeo’s office location
Includes placement and RTK GNSS coordinate collection for up to five ground control points
Includes Pix4Dcloud quality report for generated models, including average ground sampling distance (GSD) and model accuracy
Includes delivery of all images and video collected
For low-height sites or structures where only handheld LiDAR scanner methods are used, Gaussian Splat models will also be generated
Estimated Turnaround: 10 business days or less from field data collection
Base Fee: $2,000
Handheld LiDAR Scanning - for capture area of 5,000 square feet or less
- $1,000 additional fee for every 5,000 square feet of capture area
Drone-based Photogrammetry - for capture area of 2 acres or less
- $1,000 additional fee for every 2 acres of capture area
Assumptions and Limitations
LiDAR scanning and photogrammetry methods used do not differentiate points as vegetation or bare ground, so surfaces generated include any vegetation present. InnovoGeo recommends the client arrange to have any vegetation present within the capture area mowed or cleared within 1 week of field data collection to minimize vegetation effects.
Field data collection is weather dependent, and will be scheduled to minimize weather-related delays.
All drone operations conducted as part of InnovoCapture services are subject to compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations. The ability to fly in any given location is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, airspace classification, proximity to airports or heliports, temporary flight restrictions (TFRs), and local or site-specific airspace authorizations. InnovoGeo will perform a regulatory airspace review prior to proposal issuance to confirm the feasibility of drone operations. Where applicable, necessary waivers or authorizations will be requested in advance of scheduling field work.
InnovoGeo does not possess authorization to perform drone flights during night or twilight conditions, or to fly directly over people, or occupied vehicles or equipment. Client shall make necessary arrangements to ensure the capture area is clear of people and occupied vehicles or equipment during field data collection.
Determination of which field data collection method to be used (handheld LiDAR scanner, drone, or both) will be made by InnovoGeo based on the proposed capture area size, site constraints, availability of GPS and cellular data connectivity, and other site-specific factors.
Optional Add-on Services
Expedited Deliverables (less than 24-hour turnaround) = $500
Discounts are available for evaluation of multiple sites or capture areas under a single proposal.
